Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform framing, trim, siding, decking, and other carpentry tasks as assigned

  • Measure, cut, and install materials accurately and safely

  • Follow project plans, scopes, and verbal instructions from lead carpenters or supervisors

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

  • Take care of tools and report any maintenance needs

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience

This role is key to keeping our projects, schedules, and communications on track. You'll serve as the central hub for our team—handling everything from customer communication and scheduling to vendor coordination and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly

  • Schedule meetings, job site visits, estimates, and project timelines

  • Organize digital and paper files, permits, contracts, and receipts

  • Coordinate materials orders and deliveries with vendors

  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and light bookkeeping tasks

  • Help improve and document internal processes and systems

Qualifications:

  • Record leads, conversations, and follow-up actions in a CRM

Qualifications:
