Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on-site

• Assist with demolition, cleanup, digging, site prep, and material movement

• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision

• Help protect client property and respect surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, trim, siding, decking, and other carpentry tasks as assigned

• Measure, cut, and install materials accurately and safely

• Follow project plans, scopes, and verbal instructions from lead carpenters or supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members

• Take care of tools and report any maintenance needs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience

• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment safely

This role is key to keeping our projects, schedules, and communications on track. You'll serve as the central hub for our team—handling everything from customer communication and scheduling to vendor coordination and document management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally and promptly

• Organize digital and paper files, permits, contracts, and receipts

• Coordinate materials orders and deliveries with vendors

• Assist with billing, invoicing, and light bookkeeping tasks

• Provide administrative support to the owner and field team

• Help improve and document internal processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative experience (2+ years preferred), ideally in construction, trades, or a service-based business

• Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Workspace, Excel, and willing to learn new software (e.g., CRM or project management tools)

Your mission is to build trust, generate leads, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knock doors or engage in local outreach to introduce company services

• Educate homeowners about fencing, decking, roofing, and other offerings

• Set appointments, follow up, and help close deals

• Record leads, conversations, and follow-up actions in a CRM

• Take basic measurements and photos when needed

Qualifications:
