Pricing Structure

🕐 First Hour On-Site:

$120 flat
Covers travel, setup, skilled labor, and minor tools/common supplies.

⏱️ Each Additional Hour:

$80/hour
If the task takes longer- great when job scope is unclear, and additional specialty supplies may be needed or conditions discovered.

📦 Bundle Packages

• Half-Day Block (up to 4 hours):
  💰 $300 (saves $20)
  Ideal for clients with a list of tasks

• Full-Day Block (up to 8 hours):
  💰 $560 (saves $80)
  Great for punch lists, seasonal home refresh, or move-in/move-out jobs
